Delivery Policy

All products available on our website are made to order. Once an order is placed, it goes into production before being shipped.

Order Processing Time:

• Production takes 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping Time:

• Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery Delays:

• Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order has been dispatched.

You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Since all products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Wrong size selection
• Change of mind
• Color difference due to screen resolution
• Personal preference

However, we do support replacements in the following cases:

Eligible for Replacement:

• Damaged product
• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product received

Replacement Conditions:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photos or videos of the issue are required for verification
• The product must be unused and in original condition

Once approved, a replacement will be processed at no extra cost.

Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once the product enters production, cancellations are not possible.
